No one can prove deities exist. The burden of proof is on those who claim they exist. It’s that black and white.

False beliefs and foundations of truth can cause of a lot of problems in life, even suffering. There is no value in a lie. Wouldn't you rather say something that is true rather than a lie?
Whatever people choose to believe is up to them. I see absolutely no worth in just being right.
Unless that lie causes the person or others suffering. If a religion kills in the name of their god that is causing suffering. People thinking they will spend an eternity in a bad place causes suffering. Religious people denying rights to others because of their god causes suffering. What can you tell a religious person who thinks they are right and set on causing suffering and wont reason with you because their god is above all mankind's reasoning and god doesn't make mistakes? There is always worth in being right.
