I had a physically demanding job. I got us to taking a shower before and after work. I don't have that job anymore and still do it as a reset.
I鈥檒l take one morning, when I get home in the afternoon, and then before bed. They all serve a purpose. Wake me up, get out of work mode, get ready to wind down for the night mode. Then if I notice I鈥檓 either anxious or cranky, I鈥檒l shower to reset
