Every human deserves bodily autonomy, as is their birth right. But more importantly, if you care at all about long term growth, subjugation stunts progress. Its why the industrial boom happened, innovation in sciences, etc. But religion is what was used to solidify slavery in the first place, so without religion, one could argue it may never have come to pass.

Your argument steelmans your initial claim. You can have moral relativism without religion. If someone pokes you in your chest and you don't like it, you dont need religion to tell you thats bad. I claim bodily autonomy as a human right, because sure, anyone bigger than the next guy can subjugate them, but using theres always a bigger fish logic implies God, which then makes you the slave in the example.

Depends on which epistemological / moral framework you adopt. For example, utilitarians could argue the benefits accrued to slave owners is outweighed by the suffering the slaves endure.
People should have the freedom to live their lives in a way that does not impinge upon the freedom of others. So murder, slavery, and so on would fall under this
Consent. If a person wants to be a slave (like a Dom slave situation), cool. If a person is trafficked into slavery, not cool. Imagine being the person who gets taken from their home and forced to work with no pay, poor treatment, etc.
