Buy a huge house and turn it into a cat sanctuary. A place for supurplus kitties waiting to be adopted or unadoptable kitties and antisocial kitties. We'd specialize in end of life care and would set up a fund for vet care for people who can't afford it.

Thank the Lord, pat myself on the back for actually getting a lottery ticket pay off my debts and child support and if I had a family by then I’d spend 3/4 of whatever I got on the family and the rest I would pay off my debts and child supportwhen I say spending 3/4 on the family that would include investment into a family business and education for the kids
