I'm pretty sure it's you that are confused. Ribbing someone over "girly" things and actually thinking you're a girl are two different things. Your clothes don't make you a man or a woman, neither do your choices of drinks
So calling something “girly” is a social construct. There is nothing inherent to biological sex with something like a fruity cocktail.
Girly means "like a girl" it does not mean "actually a girl" - see the difference. If I bark and someone says I'm acting like a dog, at no point is it possible for me to identify as a dog.
Trans women can socially function as women even without being born female. It’s fine. It’s not even a real problem. They have always been around.
