Transphobia should be classified as a mental illness
Being “transgender” isn’t real. It doesn’t exist. People like to play pretend, dress up, take testosterone/estrogen, even surgeries. But this doesn’t make them a different gender than they already are. You are born male, you are a man. You are born female, you are a woman. It’s really that simple. To each their own though 💓
Gender isn't sex
They’re under the same construct. Sex refers to chromosomes, hormones, reproductive organs. Gender refers to social roles. Bringing this point up only further proves mine. You can play pretend, you can dress up like a man or a woman. This refers to going by gender. You have free will and the mind to do so. Saying you ARE a woman when you have the biology of a MAN is inaccurate. This is based on your external extremities at birth. It’s living in delusion to believe otherwise. Man cannot reproduce without fertilizing. Woman cannot produce sperm. If you can produce sperm, you are a man. If you can reproduce life in the womb, you are a woman. This is science.
Won't it be more clear that ones that supposed to produce sperm as male rather than men? As you said man and woman are also social construction and not really tide to biology really

Its both. The fear in absence of a threat is pathological. Morally, the failure is in accepting that thought process, being ignorant and minimizing the way it shapes your behavior, hurting people around you. Same could be said for any illness. Its not an excuse to allow maladaptive mindsets to turn into maladaptive behavior patterns. Its ignorant to see mental illness as a free pass to act however you want. Mentally ill people are still accountable for how they treat their mental illness.
