No, it goes against everything the founding fathers stood for. Their writings on this are very clear. This founding principle is one of the reasons Jewish communities were established all over the early states. Muslim communities didn't spring up at the same rate due to Muslim countries existing. Same reason unwelcome sects of Christianity came to the shores of the USA. There's a reason it is in the First Amendment, it is to be considered that core of a principle.
Who cares if it goes against what the founding fathers stood for. You think they are perfect? The first amendment is flexible and can be changed. All that needs to happen is enough Christians being voted into state legislature and congress.
This is literally the kind of thinking & authoritarian style of rule the founding fathers warned about and wanted to avoid. The first amendment is not flexible, it is clearly defined and unambiguous. Unlike the second amendment which is very vague, they use the term militias not persons or individuals, this was because they did not want the US to have a large standing military. They felt a large standing military was a risk that could be used against citizens. This is one of the causes for Declaration of Independence.

You can legally and lawfully do that via America's legal system. That's the most American thing you can do!

Its not anti constitutional. Article V of the Constitution strictly states that amendments in the constitution can be amended. This would include the first amendments establishment clause, making it a constitutional change.

We just have to vote in more Christians. Luckily the nation is 61% Christian, so we have a good sporting chance. Not 100% going to happen, not even 50% chance of it happening. The answer is no. There are many Christians in the US that also agree. This road would open the question of what sects would be Christian. There are sects that would be worried about being left out or persecuted. This is why the Founding Fathers explicitlv stated no National Religion.

You can very easily act like Christ, you just can't be perfect. Hell, he wasn't perfect. He cursed a fig tree for being out of season and beat tax collectors with a whip while flipping their tables, dude had clear anger issues. But he left a pretty clear road map of how to act through his words and deeds. To claim to be a Christian you need to act like Christ at every opportunity and atone when you fail, not hide behind him like a shield and say "Well, he'll forgive me." If you ignore injustice, the hungry, the poor, and the needy, or worse you mock them, then you're little more than a heretic.

No. This country was founded on the principles of liberty, not Christianity. Those principles may be based in judeo-christian values, but liberty is more tolerant than a theology-based government.

As a Christian, NO. Separation of Church and State is necessary. People should live their own lives. Not everyone HAS to believe the things I do and it is unbelievably unfair to push my ideals onto someone else.
