To be fair most people outside of America would say "not all anyone" because prejudice is considered bad almost everywhere else in the world
To also be fair an alarming amount of men are doing disgusting fucking things outside of America as well so I’m not sure what your point is
A fair amount of people from all different social groups do bad things all around the world, just in the rest of the world it's universally agreed that you don't blame everyone in that social group, because that would be prejudice. It's something that stands out unique about America is that it seems to be completely acceptable over there.
