Neither of them are on the ballot. The Republicans have run Texas for 30 years. All your illegal problems come from them
You're forgetting that Biden ordered Border Patrol to not enforce the border, ordered the feds to remove barriers that Texas had put up, and basically nobody on the dem side disagrees with open border policies. Biden was only a speaker for a ideology held by dems in general. The demo on the upcoming ballots all believe in it too.
