Yes. But not someone's else's body, even if the other person's body is inside her own.
How can you really ask this question with a straight face? If a woman wants to get a tattoo or a piercing she absolutely can. She can cut her hair anyway she wants. She can get as fat as she wants. She can stay flat chested or get breast implants or modify any part of her body. None of those things even register legally or politically. But the moment she wants to have an abortion all hell breaks loose. If the right had any brains at all they would drop the abortion stance and they would have way more followers.
