Also, only those who are able and can and have trusted in Jesus Christ alone as their savior are eternally saved from the eternal spiritual consequence of sin, the eternal lake of fire aka the second death. Those who are able and can but never trust in Jesus Christ alone as their savior, are condemned already because of sin, and will ultimately pay for their sins themselves in the eternal lake of fire which is the second death. Theres one key difference here. Jesus had a choice on whether or not to be the sacrifice for all of humanity. The baby inside of its mother belly is killed before it can ever make a single choice for itself.
