My subjective opinion is that of a hair stylist of 20 years. Personally I don't agree that it looks good on anyone. I'll do it for them if they insist though.
As someone who has had blue hair on and off for 2 decades. I look fabulous. I also rock a pixie. I just tend to pull off things that normal people can't. I do understand your subjective opinion...I think a more factual statement would be : "blue hair doesn't look good on just anyone."
