Not really, no. Screaming into the void of Hush or anything else to (safely) express your pain and anger is good, if you keep it inside then it will make you miserable. Getting rid of these unpleasant people from your life will help you loads in the long run. I didn't think your posts was serious so I posted an unserious reply.
