If abortion isn’t murder then why do people that kill a pregnant mother get charged with 2 counts instead of one
Because a third party killing a pregnant person is not the same moral or legal situation as a pregnant person choosing abortion. In one case, someone violently takes away the pregnant person’s life and reproductive choice. In the other, the pregnant person is deciding what happens inside their own body.
