Correct, I don’t want to be arrested… but if am arrested it will be an easy lawsuit. But if confronted, I can and have dispersed the peacekeepers without a single word. It takes then about 5 minutes to calm down and actually stop asking questions because I don’t answer them at all. So this sounds great until the end, where an officer who is on edge bc of other issues in the day takes it as a threat and detains you, lawfully, for threatening an officer to "make room at your side on the way to the afterlife" -like, don't get me wrong, it's cool, but your dressed as death in a spooky as place, and that is enough to be viewed as a threat by someone who can legally hurt you when they feel threatened.

Virtually every graveyard is either private property or municipal property and explicitly operate from dawn to dusk, with hours of operation signs posted. So criminal tresspass. Depending on the cop you might also get charged with disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace on the grounds that you are making an intentional attempt to frighten or create unease. There is precedent for disorderly conduct to be escalated to a felony charge when near funerals so that could go very poorly depending on how court goes. If you really want a party, bring a shovel and catch like 6 other charges relating to graverobbing, which is something they'll be suspicious of anyways
Nope… the ones I go to and do this have no published hours, no signage, and no fences or gates. Just because someone is uncomfortable, doesn’t mean my rights as a citizen evaporate. The best thing to do with cops is just saying nothing.
