Liquidate the billionaires
No one is telling you to pay everyone the lowest possible amount you could allowable, and market economics wouldn't allow you to. If you have more employees they should be producing overall more value. Humans are extremely productive, especially with the invention of machines and computers. They largely make significantly more than they cost to employ. So if you can't fucking budget your salaries appropriately without hoarding all of the profits in your account, then whomp whomp you fucking suck at doing business and will fail while succeed just fine.

I think the wealthy should be punished because they've leveraged their wealth to entrench themselves with power to reshape government to serve their personal narcissistic goals at the expense of the public the government was meant to serve.
