Your lack of comprehension really doesn't lend credibility to you having a degree. Your defense of "i have a son i can't hate kids" is the equivalent of "i have a black friend i can't be racist". Again each one of your points has been addressed. 'So what' is the answer. You want to give up, you want to encourage others to give up and not overcome the problem. You didn't address my point about the other countries that have much worse conditions. Everything you added is relatively new in history, it's meaningless. Our ancestors have been through much worse. You may want better outcomes, but you're solution is a bad answer and ill conceived.
You’re comparing the U.S. to countries with fewer resources and to history before modern medicine and labor protections. I’m comparing it to countries with similar wealth today. Why is your benchmark “not the worst” instead of “as good as our peers”?
Answer the questions. Yes they have fewer resources, should they stop having kids? Yes they have worse conditions, would they stop having kids? There is a high likelihood of suffering and ill treatment, should they stop having kids? They don't have parental leave, should they stop having kids? The comparison is valid because you know if you dont say yes, then you are a hypocrite and your whole point is flawed and you admit you hate kids and want them gone. So answer the questions directly and stop deflecting and dancing around.
Yes, I think people should consider the risks and realities of their circumstances before having children, regardless of where they live. The difference is that I expect more from one of the richest countries in the world than from countries with a fraction of our resources.
