How did you guys save for top surgery? Trying to save, but it's not going well
Don't.. use it for investments. Not pretending to be something you aren't.
One FtM I worked with asked for donations as a leaving gift and we raised a while bunch of money for him. Plus its mostly covered here

I live somewhere where the operation is covered by public health insurance. Never considered that someone would have to save for it on top of the long waiting time. It must be awful. :(
