Well one of the cornerstones of what therapy is about is being comfortable with yourself and being happy in your own mind and body. Comparison to other people in any way shape or form is counter-intuitive.

Humans have equal worth in that every life has value, but the behavior of that individual can surrender that value. We're no all equal in skill or moral character. That would be silly.
