i dont understand why people dont want to acknowledge that exercise helps you feel better

Exercise doesn't make me happy. Makes me sweaty and miserable. Only good part is getting hella skinny.
sounds like you just spam cardio. like ofc that's going to be miserable. lift weights instead, thats where the real high is
I have lifted weights. No mood boost there either.
Because then they realize there is something they could do to improve their lives but aren't willing to do it. This makes them realize they aren't actually trying their best and that's a feeling that they cannot confront.
Because they think exercise means being a gym slave instead of like, moving your body enough every day
I have chronic multiple illnesses and disabilities I promise you that it does not help every fucking body feel better.
Same, but it definitely helps me feel better 💯
Want a cookie?
Seems like you want a few 😂
I've never heard anybody say it didn't? Fake statement here. Please give me an example of somebody who doesn't want to acknowledge it.
im chronically online so i see it all the time. people just making excuses and blaming everything instead of taking some initiative
It does for majority of people but you have to realize the health issues and diseases that don’t respond well to physical activity… my mom has one I won’t go into crazy detail on but the longer she’s awake and the more energy she uses her body literally goes numb and she can’t move well and her face gets all droopy so no babe not everyone
yeah, holy whataboutism. of course this isn't about disabled people 🙄 a little bit of critical thinking could have helped you reach that conclusion.
Aww do you feel better now that you tried to petty 🥰
Just got back to working out 2 weeks ago. I've needed it so bad
It doesn't make chronic pain feel better
Sometimes it does
Sure sometimes, I am PT for a broken elbow, so I get it. But working out doesn't make my endometriosis any easier to deal with lol
Working out is still beneficial for the rest of the body
Because I don't want to acknowledge the fact that I have the power to improve myself. It feels better to give up and blame something else.
I love lifting weights. It’s difficult with chronic back pain but physical therapy’s helped with that so transitioning back this month! Hooray!!!
Because that would help them realise they have to put effort in to feel better and they don't actually wanna be better. They just wanna be whining victims
Because it doesn't for everyone. Why is it so hard for you to believe other people experience the world differently than you?
There isn't actually evidence to the contrary beyond anecdotal statements like yours.
this is untrue. There’s evidence for several conditions that exercise will make either the condition worse or the individual feel worse - MS, ME, cancers, a range of mechanical injuries or illnesses. The type and amount of exercise is critical, but it’s definitely a scientifically recorded phenomena that it sometimes makes some people feel or actually get worse
"The type and amount is critical" is a weird way of agreeing with the factual statement I provided while trying your hardest to deny it
It makes me feel drained asf but I love it
Because it's not an easy solution for most people. It helps but it takes time and energy and executive function
Because most ppl in America are fat lazy loads of poo who want every to accept as attractive as someone who actually tries.
Oh, I acknowledge it, I just don’t feel like doing it lmao
Makes YOU feel better maybe my body feels like it's on fire after. Yoga 15 minutes max otherwise I'm in actual pain
Then just do it for 15 minutes? Girl
It does, the only problem is have with exercise is starting it and doing it. I feel amazing afterwards but during??? I have it
I acknowledge that exercise makes me feel better But I also acknowledge that gym makes me really anxious and doing it at home just ain’t it for me
Because they would have to alnowledge that its themselved fault

That's why I watch spicymango
Honestly I’ve been trying to hit my step goals and my feet hurt from doing a lot more walking but it’s worth it because I do feel better overall and hopefully the foot pain will start to go away with more consistency or different shoes 🤷🏻♀️
maybe some specialized insoles can help! i know that arch support insoles relieve foot pain for me.
Because it really doesn't if your life is active enough that you don't need to do excercises because you are naturally healthy fit and exhausted from a productive day with routines that do not lack displine in task effort
I dont know how to exercise safely. Between a connective tissue disorder and my MCAS causing literal allergic reactions to exercise I have no idea how to do it.
I would talk with a dr and maybe physically therapy, doesnt have to be intense exercises
Because America made obesity normal
