Yeah but it's not FAIR there aren't enough women. I mean, there's protests there aren't enough women in board rooms... or were until it became more equal.
Its about equal opportunities, women should have equal chances and options in ALL sectors, meaning that IF they want a certain career then they can achieve it just as easily as an equally qualified man
