The god from the bible is not good and loving

So you believe the unchanging god changed?
I mean the god of the Old Testament is essentially only the god of the Israelites. He doesn’t seem to care much for anyone else. Is it written anywhere that god is unchanging or is that just what people thought at the time
Malachi 3:6: ‘I the LORD do not change.’ Numbers 23:19: God is not human ‘that he should change his mind.’ James 1:17: with God there is ‘no variation or shadow due to change.’ And Hebrews 13:8: ‘Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.’
