You do realize most modern ghost hunting equipment was made my scientists like nikola Tesla who had no religious affiliation whatsoever. Just people being curious about things that couldnt be explained by conventional means. So I dont really get your point on trying to connect the supernatural with atheism cause they go hand in hand. A lot of your posts on here make it seem like you think you're intelligent and better than other people when you're really not that well educated or intelligent. I dont believe in anything supernatural, like ghosts. Just curious what others believe. You seem way to defensive for a question you didnt have to reply to. Fun ideas can be just that, fun ideas. Simulation theory is a fun idea, but if we had to say if its true or not then its untrue, doesn't make it less fun or attractive as a thought.
in parts of Asia it's actually pretty normal to be an atheist who believes in things like ghosts. and most Buddhists are that way, sorta. what is and isn't a "god" is kinda nebulous.
I notice that about Eastern cultures and religions also, it's a funny kind of disconnect. I'm wondering why everyone is focusing on ghosts specifically. Psychics, curses, magic, the evil eye are supernatural things also.
Really? the people I know who practice magic say they are some form of pagan not agnostic/atheist. A lot of nonsense stems from the concept of spirituality. Agnostics more than atheist will believe in something supernatural. Nothing they can prove but often something they just cant let go.
