Anyone watch The Shield? I’d say it’s one the best shows ever better than Breaking Bad & The Sopranos
It’s a good show.
It definitely is… I still have to check out The Wire because a lot of people say that’s better but then again there’s people who say The Sopranos is better & I couldn’t even finish that show
The Wire is like a classic Russian novel, dense, meandering, and at its best brilliant. The Sheild is like an Elmore Leonard novel. Pulpy, fun, shallow as a pothole. They are not comparable beyond both being shows about crime.
Yeah that pretty much sums up what I’ve heard on social media, but with that it seems like The Shield will still be my favorite lol
