Your claim infers that that wouldn’t be a possibility bc God would guilt trip them to goodness or take or shake their lives abruptly but no. “ for He makes His sun rise on those who are evil and on those who are good, and makes the rain fall on the righteous [those who are morally upright] and the unrighteous [the unrepentant, those who oppose Him].”
I want to love someone so beautifully according to His glory. I can’t even describe how appealing it is to love someone the way God intended. It just seems so deep and wonderful. Outbid this world
Yep. Nothing says I love you more than not actually dying or staying dead and then trying to emotionally blackmail people into worshipping you…or threatening them with eternal damnation…when as an all powerful entity you could have done something far more logical.
There’s no blackmail or threats. It’s just facts. God is goodness itself. Separating from Him simply leaves you in an atmosphere of fear and danger given that the enemy and demons then, have more of a free range. He’s respecting your rejection and your right to rejection. Knowing what that will lead to is simply honesty. All good things. The favor of salvation is there for a taking of at any point it is wanted and life is freely given and not taken away at rejection. I’m fact some atheists or agnostics are pretty well off. All knowledge is still available etc. I think you’re just confused.
Those aren’t facts. Those are claims and yes, plunging people into eternal damnation if they don’t worship you is neither good or loving by any definition of either word. Your argument is special pleading that attempts to presuppose your claims are facts while trying to exempt your chosen deity from scrutiny. Bad apologist, naughty apologist, stupid apologist.
It goes both ways. You claim it’s wrong from a certain perspective. so it’s like all these people who think God demands His people to live a certain way (which He doesn’t) or else it’s hell (which is a possibility along with a few other)also don’t even under what hell means (it’s simply being separated from God and if God is goodness then being away from Him is being left in a place where there is no goodness, also he’ll is not a physical place it’s a state of Gods absence where that vacant space gets filled with bitterness and hate. People don’t have to die to be condemned. It CAN become eternal after death. But there’s no way of saying how God will judge any individual. Even one who seemed bad could potentially go to heaven.
