There are a lot of terrible people/parents out there of both genders, unfortunately. That's the reality, and it's no wonder there are so many messed up kids with influences like that in their lives

Spoken like someone who has not had the experience of being expected to take full responsibility of another adult human’s basic life maintenance tasks. It’s not “the slightest responsibility”. It’s more like realizing wow, my partner isnt willing to help me at all, and I not only have to work and take care of my own tasks but do the other persons as well bc they’re lazy, negligent, and their parents never taught them to clean a fucking bathtub, sanitize a fridge, or wipe shit stains off the underside of the toilet lid. Oh also, dont forget that if you don’t take the initiative to meal plan, food prep, cook, AND do all the cleanup - your diet is going to consist of ramen noodles and pizza rolls bc he won’t pull his weight in the kitchen either. I was just thinking about parents who disable their children. They have little patience and do everything for their child and don’t encourage independence and perseverance. Now that kid is all grown up and thinks to themselves “Oh I won’t be able to do it right and because of that it stresses me out and I don’t feel like doing it so I’ll let my partner do it”
I think that given enough time to get to know him, women should begin to see that dynamic and step away
