Context does matter, natives who fought against America should be allowed to fly flags of rebellion because they were actually rebeling against a genocidal and oppressive force, and thusly were actually rebeling in self defense. While the confederacy wasn't rebeling they were fighting to enact the status que of oppression, the true rebels were the abolishionist union members.
