I mean that's like saying to a feminist haven't they realized egalitarianism has been around longer than feminism. There is nuance between these three movements. Men's rights is focused on taking care of men's issues feminism on women's issues. That doesn't mean they are opposed just different.
That’s not the same thing. Feminism is just equality. Men’s issues would also be rectified by feminism.
Egalitarianism is was and continues to be about equality between all people's in all ways be it poor, rich, woman, men, etc. Where as feminism is focused on gender equality.

I mean there’s the wage gap, Roe v Wade being overturned, the fact that male SA victims hardly see prison time compared to the amount of predators there are (that in tandem with the fact that women are rarely believed when they speak out), archaic gender roles, beauty standards perpetuated by men, the fact that men can’t express themselves (especially crying) or we call each other weak leading to escalating suicide rates, then of course you also can blame us predominantly for the rise in homophobia, transphobia, obviously misogyny… oh whoops you only wanted three. And that doesn’t even touch the myriad of societal problems i.e. war, genocide, capitalism, etc caused by men being in charge seeing as, frankly, we’re incompetent when it comes to leadership. Feminists literally are just fighting for equality. I don’t think you know what feminism is yet you’re so scared. Must be tough being afraid of something you can’t define.
