If y'all don't ever want kids (or have had some and don't want more), definitely a vasectomy. It's the safer and better long-term option. Even if y'all want some kids in the future, he can bank some sperm before getting snipped.

One is much, much more reversible than the other. Nobody should get a vasectomy if they have any intention of ever having kids.

As male born i would choose vasectomy. Not everything related to birth control has to be on the one that births the child.
Vasectomy. It's an easy procedure for us. Very effective, and a lot easier on us than what an IUD will do to you.
