I have to open the chat and stare at it for a few seconds to load your new message. If that doesn't work, restart it a few times.
That only happens after a few messages, not in the first TWO MESSAGES
For the first message, I get notification, but no new messages until refresh I go to unread messages. But that only works for the first time. For the second unread message, i have to refresh the app. It only happens for some chats but it still happens. This app is clunky.
Again, I understand after a while...I however do not understand not even knowing if I like talking to you and trying to have another means of contacting me... It screams scammer
I purge my contacts every few months
Why not just not add them
The few I add get purged. 🤷♀️ can hold a chat here but then want to be silent 3 weeks. Gone

I don't ask after only 2 messages, but I like to move off of here for the battery drain, the fickle nature of this app, and because my conversations often get lost in the jumble for those I talk to.
