I'm not the biggest fan of superheroes too but I don't let that affect me. There's so much media to consume nowadays in the form of movies, shows, gaming, anime etc Focus on what you like tho. Niches exist for a reason
It doesn’t work for most movies and shows. I’m already into niche music and that works for the most part. I’m not from the US and I’ve never been to concerts because my favorite artists are too niche to come to my country. They don’t have music videos at all or when they do, it’s crap since there’s no budget. I cannot sing anything at karaoke night outs because I don’t know famous songs. So, you can say “don’t let it affect you” but it affects me anyway. At least with music, underground musicians can make with good production quality. So, at least I have that going. With movies and shows, lower budget shows through. Everything that is not some big Hollywood movie comes here really late. Backrooms movie is still not here. Obsession is still not here. Much lower budget movies never even come here. So, fuck you!h
