I've met many great Muslims and see them as perfectly normal people There's no saying what the middle east would be like these days if it wasn't for the western backed coup removing Mosaddegh, but it would be so much better. Removing him to install a western puppet dictator that destroyed any moderate and secular opposition naturally lead to a rise in fundamentalism, and with how much western countries have interfered in the region to satisfy the economic interests of western elites or to support a settler colonial state gone mad with power is going to make things so much worse.
