Good job! You can also sometimes find beta testing for a new test version for $50. That’s how I got the CySa+ cert.

If cost is a concern, you can get exam vouchers cheaper at third party sites. My exam cost $175usd instead of the usual $274. They usually come with tight use-by deadlines

Gotcha. I highly recommend professor messer as a learning resource. Watch each video, write down anything you don't know. Buy his practice exams. They do a fair job representing the style and breadth of the exams. Take one exam at a time after researching everything you didn't know. Take note of any questions you were unsure of as well as the ones you missed, add them to the study list. All of this is assuming you are already fairly tech literate, of course. I hope you get it done!
