Supervisor has started to micromanage me. Wonderful!
I micromanage people who don't get the job done efficiently. I leave my other employees alone since they're top performers. I hate babysitting employees who can't keep up.
Do you deserve it? I never want to micromanage anyone unless they make me.
Time to look for another job!
