Howcome some of us have really high sex drives and some of us have very low sex drives? Shouldn't we all have high sex drives so we procreate more?

Having to procreate isn't an actual value nature has, it just kind of what happens. You will find that for most creatures sex isn't even pleasurable, mainly instinctual. You notice that the creatures we do know do it for pleasure, also are more likely to violate things sexually, so one could argue it's even a destructive trait. Especially in such a highly social species as hours.

I can't speak for males but high sex drives don't do much for the sex that 1. can only reproduce once a year at most 2. risks life and limb every time they do so
People are just born different man. Your environment, personality and general life experience has effects on that. I have a very low sex drive and only want sex very rarely.

In my personal opinion, the only times where I had a low libido, was when I was on anti-depressants. And if I wasn’t, I was with a dude who I couldn’t stand. If it’s not medication, you’re not asexual, it’s probably the person you’re with.
Because hormones make a very big difference in sex drive, and our hormones are all different.

Evolution and survival of the fittest. If your body can't deliver, you don't procreate. And the chances of you getting rejected by women also increases because of the same reason
