My boss routinely uses the excuse “if I bend the knee to you I’ll have to bend the knee to everyone else” to deny workplace request, objectively that’s a stupid ass excuse

Objectively you’re right. The answer should be “well if everyone had the same circumstances as my situation then it would be logical they would also get this accommodation”
