I’m agnostic. I don’t need certainty about God to know that genocide, slavery, sexual violence, and child-killing are evil. My standard is harm, consent, autonomy, dignity, suffering, reciprocity, and well-being. If your standard can’t condemn those things unless a deity tells you to, yours is the weaker one.
