Why do fat people always assume if youre eating healthy your food has no taste? Sounds like fat people excuses for not making basic diet effort.

Interesting question leaving aside the framing. The reason is most of the loudest fitness trends. Chicken breast and rice or raw meat people are loud and fill a lot of space because they play to the algorithm. You do have to look for better recipies. The question isn’t best stated in your framing, it’s how do we actually share what is good and exciting?

Odd that u say that b3cause that's what i see most fitness influences doing sharing good tasting recipes. There's literally channels and influences for everything. Its not about how do we cmshare its about taking initiative to find but if your excuse is it doesnt taste good u likely aren't looking to begin with.

I can tell you from personal experience when I started losing weight to help lessen the pain on my joint issues I had to actually put in a lot of effort to find good recipes. Some of it is laziness for sure, some of it could be a host of other things. What I want to ask you is this. Is the automatic assumption of laziness as a reflex useful?

I can tell u my opinion is based off my own observational experiences. I have friends that are overweight. I have friends that are semi pro wrestlers and still can't lose weight or get I. Better shape because of their eating habits. Despite me sharing countless recipes and them expressing I trust they still don't make the effort. Its absolutely laziness. Being too lazy to get the groceries and cook for yourself is just as lazy as not hitting the gym. I guess for some of us its common sense because when I started wanting to eat better I knew exactly how to find what I was looking for. Meaning I knew how to utilize modern technology to find what I wanted but I also consider that part of laziness because its not that hard to figure out.

I’m trying my best to be healthy, I’m just use to junk food. I’m down 10 pounds so far.

100% they’re used to the “full flavors” of junk food. That’s why normal food with normal seasonings don’t have any flavor to them. Same with fruit vs candy.
