Not at all. If anything, they couldn't be appreciating you because you were there when they were at their lowest. And if they don't then they're not much of a man

A healthy relationship is people who support and uplift each other. One huge reason people are in relationships is to have support—when you’re weak, your partner should fill in and vice versa. I support my partner. Listening, holding space,giving advice, being on his side, consoling him when he cries. I expect partner to do that for me, which is why I do it for him. We have a happy and healthy relationship.
