Well you can do some shit with a cell and use it to fertilize an egg or something without sperm so from a purely biological point of view guys aren't necessary and logically they would be the ones to be replaced but we live in a patriarchal society so that probably won't happen. But men create pretty much all of the value in the world. Every invention worth mentioning was by a man. Every job that actually produces anythjng is done by men. Men don't need women to run a functioning society, other than reproduction. Same can't be said the other way around.
