Buy the most house you can afford, and the least car you need. Don't ignore health issues. Invest consistently. Avoid anything meme stock. Invest in the boring things. Banks, insurance companies, bricks and mortar. Do what makes you happy. Don't care about what other people think of you. Pay your credit cards on time and in full. If you can't pay it off at the end of the month, you can't afford it (emergencies are an obvious exception). Learn to cook. Eat well. Keep a budget and review your spending closely. Avoid subscription-creep.
