Hi
My bodybuilder friend said that as long as you exercise and sweat a minimum of 3 times a week, you can lose weight. Your meal portions will eventually get smaller as well as you do, but it would also be smart to avoid fatty things like processed foods and carb heavy meals. But be forgiving with yourself too if you can't do what others do. Just do simple calisthenics. Fitness blender on YouTube is free.
Workout. Like literally work out your ass off. Hard work is the only thing that's gonna solve your problem. In my late 20s I was ripped and I drank every day. 800 calories in a 4loko and I drank one every night with vodka. 8 percent body fat. How? Because I worked my ass off. You can do whatever you want kiddo. As long as you are willing to pay the price. Put up or shut up
You cant out exercise a bad diet. Hormones can also affect weight and you ability to lose it.
hi. i have lost over 100lbs and unfortunately it literally is just calories in calories out. if you want to eat bad foods you need to work out more
Find a physical activity that you ENJOY. short. Regular walks? Less frequent longer walks? Dancing? Any hobby which gets you moving? Etc :)
Just keep active throughout the day. Whether it's cleaning the house, doing chores. As long as you stay active and watch your calories. You should be able to lose a few pounds. Not right away but in like a month or two.
Work out. For ur mind you ass will follow
No seed oils or processed food. Focus on proteins like eggs, chicken, fish. Small meals. Avoid sugar, no soda.
Start small. Trying a massive deficit is going to cause crashes. Track your calories, and knock of 2-300 the first few weeks to a month and gradually increase the cut as you see fit. It’s not going to happen overnight. Sleep is underrated. You can benefit from some resistance training but just adding in some walking will add a low stress boost to your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and it won’t fry your CNS like trying to literally run your ass off. Don’t gave “cheat” meals. Just have meals and budget in indulgences while being honest. If you skip up one day and eat slightly over your budget? Don’t sweat it. Just do better the next day.
look at u being a nice boy.
they’re all nice when they can posture as health and nutrition experts. Their real colours show as soon as you say something that disagrees with their personal philosophy on it
Clean up the diet
I try to snack a little before a meal and practice eating until not hungry
Uhh go outside 🤷 then starve yourself 🤷 im not a Dr. sorry
Walking is good. Make sure you’re eating enough. Calorie deficit never worked for me, made me gain, it was only when I made sure to hit my recommended calories and macros that I lost weight. Lots of high fibre foods if your tummy can handle it. Make sure you eat a little protein with everything you eat (a handful of nuts with a snack, picky bits etc are good for this). Find exercise you enjoy and change it up - I do a different activity every 3 ish months as well as my walking to see if I can find something new I love as a social activity that rolls exercise into it.
Calorie deficit is the only way you lose weight. You can't gain weight by eating less. Hope this helps
Are you suggesting that you lost weight whilst eating at a calorie surplus? Does your body violate thermodynamics?
I guess so? My entire medical team must just be talking out their ass and random people online with very comparable education and experience know better 😄
Why do you wanna do that ?
weight loss is just a calorie deficit. switch your ratios to favor more proteins over carbs and it will help you feel Fuller for longer even if you're running a calorie deficit. the other end of the equation is spending more calories, via exercise or by having more muscle.
Walking or working. Lost 35 pounds. Was 300. Now 265
