I think charity works best close to home at the local level. Not managed by giant government agencies. Too much fraud. I donate money and time to several local food panties and soup kitchens. I would like more of those
Charity doesn't work and often they are allowed to discriminate. Have you ever seen videos of people calling Christian food banks asking for baby formula and they ask them if they are a member of the church? That shouldn't happen. A government social net is there for everyone.
