There was never a state of Palestine, and if you claim to know your history, then you know that the Israeli is were called Palestinians because they lived in the area. And as far as who lived there first read the Bible, it will tell you who lived there first.

There are very old books that have documented before the 1900s including a book I have seen showing a map with Palestine right on it.
