Do guys actually read dating profiles or do you just swipe on the pics?

When I was single I used to read them. Why on earth would you want to go out on a date with someone you might actively dislike?
I read them, look for common ground and then try to start a conversation about a mutual interest or something they’ve said. Still get barely any responses. It’s soul crushing and I don’t know why I bother
Not guys I know don’t have the reading comprehension to do that kind of work.
Out of experience, 90% swipe on picks it is rare for guys to read profiles I think 9% skim them and 1% actually read it

I can say like 50% of guys that see mine at least read the first two sentences cause I say im married in the first sentence and about 50% of guys are shocked about that when i mention it in convo after weve matched 😅🫠

They swipe on pictures. How do I know? I clearly state that I’m straight and monogamous and I get at least 2 or 3 “ENM” couples who swipe on me. 🤢

They don’t read nothing! They will ask the same questions from the profile.
I've been with someone for a long time now, but when I was looking, initial interest was from pictures, but the profile determined whether I'd try to connect.

I read the bio. If there isn’t one, I usually keep moving. If you don’t know yourself well enough to give me a few sentences, your face probably isn’t gonna make up the difference.

I look at location, cup size, weight and bio. If they don't hit all my preferences then I don't bother
